Ryan M. Zilm has been an active contributor to the Information Management profession for more than 20 years and currently is employed with U.S.A.A. as the Director of Information Lifecycle Management, based in Phoenix, Arizona. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, has a B.A in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and participated in the development of ARMA International’s Glossary of Terms among other notable achievements. Ryan has also served in multiple capacities within ARMA at the local chapter and region levels, and currently serves as the Past President of the ARMA International BOD.
