The ICRM adds two new awards in 2022

The ICRM has many active and accomplished volunteers that work selflessly to give back to the RIM profession.  The passion and dedication that our volunteers put into their work is clear; their talent deserves to be widely recognized and rewarded.

It is with great pleasure that we announce two additional awards:

ICRM Member of the Year Award
The ICRM Member of the Year Award honors an individual’s accomplishments and service to the ICRM over the last 18 months (as of July 1, 2022). A recipient of the ICRM Member of the Year Award is an active member or retired member in good standing who has contributed significantly to the ICRM through volunteer opportunities within the institute.

ICRM Lifetime Achievement Award

Lifetime achievement indicates a significant positive impact to the ICRM, its members, and the Records and Information Management profession. A recipient of the ICRM Lifetime Achievement Award is a CRM or retired CRM in good standing who has contributed significantly to the ICRM throughout their career; one who has been a role model, leader, influencer, or mentor.

The established ICRM Mentor of the Year Award
The ICRM Mentor of the Year Award honors ICRM Mentors that have gone above and beyond in guiding their mentees through the exam process for at least one year. A recipient of the ICRM Mentor of the Year Award is a CRM in good standing who has contributed significantly to mentoring on behalf of ICRM.
