Change Management for Information GovernanceMany Information Governance or Records Management initiatives are, at their core, change management initiatives. Managing change requires a unique combination of skills, from recognizing the impact to helping individuals and the organization through it.  This session will provide a practical approach to implementing effective change management at all levels of the organization to support your IG or RM initiative. Topics will include how to structure a Change Management Plan, how to implement the plan, how to integrate it with the communication strategy and how to measure success. Session will describe multiple real world examples of change management successes and failures.
