The Right Way to Export NSF Files to Outlook PST Without Any Errors

When converting Lotus Notes NSF Files to Outlook PST, most of the users get the error message. It's probably they are doing it in a wrong way. Converting the NSF Files to Outlook PST is a difficult task. One needs to follow the proper process to migrate files to Outlook PST. These can be moved to Outlook by following steps

  • Open Lotus Notes NSF Database
  • From the menu select File and then Export
  • Now a new window will open, browse a folder to save file
  • Select save as type 'Comma Separated Value' and then click on the export button
  • Open the Outlook and launch Import/ Export Wizard
  • Now select the option to add the CSV file
  • Once added click on Next and then Finish to complete the process
  • The Lotus Notes NSF file will be moved to Outlook PST in the form of CSV.

The files are now ready to be used in Outlook. With these easy steps, you can convert the NSF FIles to PST without any error.
