ACEDS Announces Affinity Partnership With IG GURU

December 20, 2021 – DALLAS  The Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), the world’s leading organization for training and certification in e-discovery and part of The BARBRI Group, announces today a new affinity partnership with IG GURU, a news and community site for Information Governance professionals.

IG GURU’s mission to provide industry news and host a community for information governance professionals aligns with ACEDS’ mission to educate the global e-discovery community. Through this partnership, both organizations will collaborate to educate the legal and information technology communities, share content to enhance knowledge, improve practices and policy development in information governance and e-discovery, and bring thought-leaders together for the benefit of their collective members and followers.

“We are super excited to collaborate with IG GURU,” said Mike Quartararo, president of ACEDS. “Andrew Ysasi has been a thought-leader and at the forefront of the Information Governance conversation for many, many years, and as the world collectively moves more to the left of the EDRM, it is important to engage and collaborate with experts that laid the groundwork in the area.” he added.

“eDiscovery and ACEDS have been and will be extremely relevant as Information Governance matures.  IG GURU is honored to partner with ACEDS and continue our mission of providing the most relevant industry news to our community,” said Andrew Ysasi, President of IG GURU.
